Please complete the Survey and RSVP to help your OCEA Operations Committee plan the future. There is no time better then NOW to answer the questions and complete the RSVP. It will only take a few minutes and even if you are unable to attend a meeting your survey answers are still very important. This information is needed to determine our future direction(s).
Thank you in advance.
The Survey
The 2012 survey responses received so far have not provided much helpful information to determine the future directions for OCEA. If you like what we have done and where we are going then you are encouraged to say this as well. We do need your input.

Here Are The Meeting Program Details
1) Patrick K. Lynch, CBET, CCE, HIT Pro/PW, CPHIMS, Healthcare Technology Management Specialist will be presenting a special program on Information Technology (IT) Certification for Biomeds and HTM Professionals. As we all know, the CE and IT fields are becoming one and Pat will be discussing some of the details surrounding this combining and merging movement and presenting some resources that are available to assist Biomeds and HTM Professionals with obtaining their IT Certification.
2) In this segment of the meeting we will be discussing the Future Directions for OCEA Ohio Clinical Engineering Association. Your association has had it’s ups and downs over the last few years and it is time to determine where you want it to go and what you want it to be doing. Several of the Operations Committee Members are planning their retirement in 2012 and new thinkers and participants are needed to continue making OCEA a happening organization. We will be conducting some serious planning and talking about where this organization should be headed. A part of this process includes reviewing the answers to the 2012 Survey that is now being conducted. Your participation in this important survey is requested.
