New paradigms and resources that address the risk management needs of more advanced, complex medical device systems. Combining 80001-1 and other relevant tools to create the most appropriate risk management program for an institution’s healthcare technology. During this session, the presenters will highlight the security issues often associated with medical devices, common roles and responsibilities of both the provider and the vendor, identification methods of vulnerabilities and best practices to minimize those vulnerabilities.
